Terms of Use

Use of the platform

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the platform lawfully. Automated abuse, impersonation, credential sharing and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Admissions information

Programme availability, fees, deadlines and admission decisions are subject to the university's official publications and applicable regulations. A web form submission does not itself constitute admission.

Payments

Payment status is confirmed only after server-side verification with the authorised payment provider. Users should retain official receipts and transaction references.

Documents

Users are responsible for submitting authentic documents. The university may verify, reject or request replacement documents in accordance with its procedures.

Intellectual property

University names, marks, photographs, publications and other protected material should be used only as authorised by the institution.

Limitation & governing law

Final liability, dispute-resolution, governing-law and jurisdiction clauses must be drafted and approved by Nigerian counsel.
